- Scheme period is 45 Months.
- The Plots which are attached to the 33Feet road are exempted from the scheme. If any body wants to purchase this plot they have to visit our office.
- The plots in the scheme are Rs.380/Yard. Rs. 25/- Extra per Yard for corner plots.
- Who pays plot reservation charge & 1st instalment wilbe treated as scheme member.
- 10th of Every Month at 5'0' click there will be a draw at our office premises.
- For every seven Months i.e. (7, 14, 21, 28, 35) there will be a Bumper Daw.
- 1st Month and for every 7 Months there wil be Plot Draw. The winner of the plot Draw need not to pay the further monthly Instalments. But he must pay Special Installments, Reservation amount & amount to be paid at the End of the scheme. The members has to bear the registration charges for registration of Plot.
- The members who're irregular in Payment of the monthly instalment there members wil'nt be included in the Draw.
- If the membership is cancelled, 40% amount willbe deducted towards service charges from the payment made by him, & rest of the amount will paid at end of the scheme.
